“Lung buster you say do you Michael, well at least it’s a short one, not like that 25 minute long bullshit of Laura’s, I still hate you Laura, there’s a bunch of us getting together with pitchforks and torches and we’re coming for you. FFS.
Just a minute though, 100 lunges is a bit of a dick move Michael, I mean that’s obviously unbroken because it’s just lunges, but how are you expecting me to skip with any degree of grace afterwards? I mean all my blood is going to be in my arse, this is nonsense, you’re in my bad books. 60 burpees over stuff, well that’s ridiculous, I suppose if you have a bar then go over that, if you have a DB go over that, otherwise make a hurdle with a couple of cans and a wooden spoon, you know, like Gavin did that time. You do of course realise that burpees over a thing don’t have to be stood up and then should be faster than regular burpees, as long as you can ignore the burning of all that lactic acid eating away at your quads. 40 ground to overhead, well this works for all your lucky people with a bar or a DB, a KB would even work for this, you can clean and jerk, snatch, or any weird combination of the 2. If you’re kitless and have a sandbag then you can perform sandbag cleans, if you only have a heavy backpack then you can go for GTOH. Finally the 20m handstand walk which can be scaled to 20 Handstand shoulder taps or 20m gymnastic bear crawl, nuff said really, nuff said. Viv and I reckon sub 12 is doable, but no one should be taking more than 18. This is a chipper but it’s not a slow and steady one, go hard just make sure you have an oxygen tank to hand, maybe an inhaler, possibly a paramedic.
