Information
The CrossFit Games Open is now live for registration – get on it people. Make Sure that you register Affiliate AND Team as CrossFit Glasgow – we have 89 people registered to the team (less than half of last year’s total). Get logged into your profiles and select your team as CrossFit Glasgow.
The 20:15 classes are now live on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We are the only affiliate in the Glasgow area to offer 9 coached hours per day.
The new website still has some features to install and some bugs to work out but we’ll get there soon and will keep you abreast of the new booking procedures etc.
Weightlifting classes will run in Arch 2 tonight at 19:30. The class is free for CFG members on Unlimited memberships and £5 otherwise.
Preschool classes will be on this Saturday at 10.30 in arch 1. Contact kids@crossfitglasgow.com to get booked in
The Team WOD at 11:15 on Saturday will be in arch 2 following the weightlifting. All are welcome
Flexibility with Khi will be on as usual on Sunday at 10:00. This class costs only £4 payable to Khi
