Hi All,
News this week wasn’t what we had all hoped for. Unfortunately this means another 3 weeks for us to hang on and see what the government has planned for phasing us back in. There are many businesses also in the same boat, it’s not an ideal situation for any of us but it is necessary to be compliant with the guidance that has been laid out. What we can do is meet up in small groups within our community as stated in the guidelines: ‘a household can meet up outdoors up to 4 other households at a time – up to 15 people in total.’ So if you need that extra push or are tired of solo training get into the park and meet some friends! Certainly healthier than meeting up at the pub!
We have put in a very large T-shirt order to celebrate coming out of lockdown hopefully soon! Check out the design below. We have every colour under the sun from canyon pink, plum, burgundy, black, heather blue and lava grey. There are tanks and T’s 🙂 We also have ordered some branded facemasks and towels!

MEXICAN FAJITA STEAK AND RICE
2 Peppers (green & red)
2 Red Onions
400g lean frying steak (rump is lovely in this)
2 Tbsp of fajita spice (mix in herbs, smoked paprika, cumin, hot chili powder etc)
150g raw rice
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
Cook Rice. While rice is cooking fry onions and peppers in a little oil. Remove from the pan and add in steak. Fry to liking. Combine all ingredients and add fajita spice mix and tomato puree. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with side salad.
MEXICAN SALAD
Mixed spring greens
1 Avocado
Handful of Baby Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 Red Onion (optional)
Small handful of nuts (sunflower, pine, almonds – whatever you like!)
Handful of chopped coriander
Cumin-Lime dressing (whisk up olive oil, fresh juice of 2 limes, cumin to liking, garlic, salt and pepper)
