“Dr. Izumi Tabata, the most hated man in the world.
Today is Tabata, 5 full rounds of it. This is tough stuff, your body is going to both love and hate you by the end of it. Each set will be working something different so go as hard as you can, the first 4 rounds should be fine but by round 5 your heart rate is going to skyrocket. The goal is to go as hard as you can to start and then chase that score if every subsequent round. The 1 minute rest is purely to let you reorganise yourself, get your things together and go for it.
