NUTRITION 101 SEMINAR

We are delighted at CFG, to offer our members and friends/family of members, the basics of Nutrition!  This is a FOC seminar where we will deliver a simple way to keep on top of your nutrition, what happens in the kitchen has everything to do with performance in the gym.  This is the perfect time to get started with new healthy habits as we prepare for coming back to the gym on the 26th April!

TRAINER'S CHALLENGE BY ALEX

5 rounds for time:

12 Deadlifts – right hand

9 Hang Cleans – right hand

6 STOH – right hand

Then repeat with the left hand to complete 1 full round.  

There is a 10 min time cap so you’ll need to be quick AND a 5 burpee penalty for putting down the weight or allowing the weight to rest on the floor.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Due to the popularity of the outdoor WODs, we have added more classes into the schedule for our final 2 weeks of outdoor fitness.  There will now be 2 classes each morning at 06:30 and 2 evening classes, see below for the times.  Lunch will go back to 12:00 class only as there was not enough uptake for the 12:45. 

We would ask that you book a class only if you intend on attending, we are seeing a trend of mass cancellations which effectively takes someone else’s space away as they don’t have enough notification (particularly in the morning) to make arrangements to come last minute. The system is now set that only 1 class can be booked per day so we are hopeful that this will also help.

*Please note all outdoor classes have a 1 hour auto cancel and zoom classes a 30min auto cancel set if there are no bookings.

CROSSFIT KIDS

First week of CFG Kids Easter camp has been a success!  We are looking forward to this week and hoping the weather will hold!

Class Schedule

Tuesday 13th & Thursday 15th April: 10.30 – 11.30

Saturday 17th April: 10.00 – 11.00 (outdoor) and 11.30 – 12:15 (zoom)

Classes are now available to book on Wodify, places must be reserved in advance to allow the

coaches to manage numbers and kit.
