Good Morning,

Team, we would like to highlight the issues surrounding cancellation/reservations of classes.  Over the last month or so we have had people mass booking their classes and then mass cancellations at the last minute.  Please be aware that this takes away an opportunity for other members to take advantage of your spot.  We would ask that if you need to cancel a morning class that you do this before you go to sleep the night before.  Day time/evening classes, an hour plus notice gives people a change as well to pop into your space.  Early morning classes are set up to take the space on a first come first serve basis through email. Later morning through to evening classes are set up to offer the space to the first person on the waitlist.  

10th year Anniversary Tops, Crews and Hoodies are in!  If you have pre-ordered yours it is now ready for collection at the front desk.  There are a few extras available through our Shop if you missed out on this!

NOTICES

  • This coming weekend (Oct 2nd & 3rd), we are hosting a Level-1 CrossFit Seminar.  All Team WODS, Cardio and Teens will be held in our new archway to the right of the main CrossFit arch. 
  • Please look out for details on a members climbing day at Glasgow Climbing Centre on Paisley Road West.  We are aiming to do this on Saturday October 16th at 18:00-19:45, just waiting on confirmation from the centre.

MOBILITY IS BACK!

Details:  Saturday October 2nd, 13:15 and 14:00 (Arch to right of main CF archway)

These first two sessions will be free of charge for everyone and will be accessible through a punchcard thereafter. The sessions will last for about 30 minutes, which should be enough to make you cry, feel better or maybe a bit of both.  Classes are capped at 20 for now, so book your spot in early! If you are planning on joining, make sure you won’t be performing any additional exercise for the rest of the day, so either have a full rest day or get it all done in the morning.

CFG RUN Technique sessions

Starts Sept 27th!

Details:  This Run program is a 4 week technique which is capped at 4 people per session.  This will include individual assessment/coaching, video analysis, movement specific drills and test/retests.  

Cost:  Cost is £120 for the block of 4 sessions.
