Kids & Teens Classes
We believe in fostering a positive relationship with fitness from a young age, setting the stage for a lifetime of healthy habits. Our CrossFit Kids & Teens program is designed to ignite a love for physical activity.
Our Kids & Teens Programs:
Our CrossFit Kids classes are led by experienced coaches, who deliver engaging and age-appropriate classes focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence through fitness. Classes are run on Saturday mornings for 60 minutes at 10.30 and 11.30.
Our CrossFit Teens classes aim to introduce the teens to an effective training routine, educate them on better food choices and correct lifting techniques. Whether they already compete to a high level in another sport, want to take on a career in the fitness industry or just want to get fit and meet new friends this is the perfect class as each individual is challenged appropriately.
Classes focus on weightlifting, gymnastics and/or conditioning where the basic movements are dialled in. The end goal is to create strong, powerful athletes that will excel at any athletic endeavour they choose.
CrossFit Teens classes are 60 minutes on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.
