Silvers Classes

Our older adult strength and conditioning class is for people over 55 years of age and covers an extensive warm-up, in-depth technique and a lot of hard work.

There is no minimum standard to join the class making it perfect for those looking to get moving after prolonged inactivity, or coming back from surgery/injury or just wanting to increase their quality of life.
