We are open 7 days a week and run over 150 classes each week!
Weekday classes begin at 5.30, with the last class at 20.30. On weekends we run 4 x team workout classes at different times, along with competitor classes, kids & teens classes, cardio Sunday classes, gymnastic classes, olympic weightlifting and strongWOD classes.
The magic is in the movement, the art is in the programming, the science is in the explanation, and the fun is in the community.
