Feedback For Rob Orlando’s Strongman Seminar, Toronto ON.
I will admit, I had no intension of attending a Strongman Seminar!  The day before, my coach, Paul MacIntrye, worked some kind of Jedi magic trick on me, and it was done.  Coming from a close knit Cf box, I should have had more faith in the community at large, but I was stuck in… this is strongman, and I am a 45 year old, mother of three, who often gives up before the time cap in a wod!.
Now, I am one of the people who can say… life before Strongman, life after!  Really, who knew? The class was so much fun.  Rob and his staff made me feel like, yes, this is for everyone at every level… no exception. I could say it was easy.  The movements were broken down and made easy.. the weight that I feared, became manageable .  I failed. I scaled. I made it happen. Rob Orlando and Brianne made me feel like a Strongman, not an imposter or a cheat.  I look forward to taking in all this new information and tackling the Strongman equipment that MacIntyre is so proud of, but I have shied away from. Trust me when I say, the women at our box, will hear a shit load of shatter about this seminar and the benefits of attending for themselves. Thank you for sending Butters, Everett, Brianna and the fabulous , Rob Orlando to Toronto.
