Halloween WOD will be happening on Saturday 29th Oct. This gives you plenty of time to get a WOD-friendly costume and free up some time between 6pm to about 8pm. Snacks will be available however feel free to bring some drinks and nibbles if you wish to stay and socialise afterwards!

5 rounds for time:

50 double unders
10 pull-ups
5 wall climbs

Then;
spend 10 mins on a ball/foam roller and work out anything that’s feeling tight. If you are at a loss, ask the coach for help!
