This week we welcome back Stew Mac! Good to have you back in the WODs buddy!
Tuesday – 19.15 is weightlifting instead of the WOD. This class costs just £3 and lasts an hour. It will focus on the snatch and the clean and jerk. It is taught by Colette Will and will improve people of all ability levels. You do not need to be a member of CFG to attend nor are you required to book in. Just turn up!
Saturday – 11.00 CrossFit Kids and 11.15 is Girls WOD.
Next week – Friday 29th @ 18.30 – we will be having a strongman challenge with Rob Orlando. For people of all experience levels this social night will feature some workouts, food and drinks as well as access to purchase Rob’s Hybrid apparel. This is a great chance to meet Rob if you are not going to the seminar on Saturday as well a really fun event.
