A. Pull up tech and progressions – strict, kipping, butterfly
B. Death by Pull Ups
On a continuous running clock:
Minute 1 – 1 Pull Up
Minute 2 – 2 Pull Ups
Minute 3 – 3 Pull Ups
Minute 4 – 4 Pull Ups Etc… To failure
Any pull up variation may be used. Scaling options are available as required.
