Happy Team Wod Day !! Today’s workout is a long one but super fun !! Don’t go out the gate to fast on the burpees find a pace with them and push it on the Step ups & TTB as you will get a rest when your partner is going . Should be aiming to get 4-5 Rounds . Hope you all enjoy !
