Workout of the Day AMRAP7 1x Snatch 100/60kg 3x C&J 100/60kg Intermediate: 70/45kg or any scale that allows practice of adequate mechanics with some intensity Beginner: 43/25kg or any scale that allows practice of correct mechanics with some intensity CrossFit Kids, Weightlifting and Flexibility will be back on as normal this week.
