Workout of the Day “Murph” For time: 1 mile Run 100x Pull-ups 200x Push-ups 300x Air Squats 1 mile Run "In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it." Workout of the Day "Hope" 1 Min Burpees 1 Min power snatches 35/25kg 1 Min Box jumps 24/20" 1 Min Thrusters 35/25kg 1 Min C2B pull-ups "Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On the call of "rotate," the athlete(s) must move to the next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep. Information Back to normal. Thank you for your understanding: we are the only gym in Scotland to host CrossFit HQ seminars. It is a great honour offered to very few gyms and the knowledge that we are able to gain from these weekends is absolutely unrivalled in value.
