Workout of the Day A. 3x 5 back squat. B. 3x 10 front rack split squats. C. For time: 21-15-9 goblet squats 32/24 kb swings 32/24 TTB That weekend concludes our Trainer courses to date. Next weekend the gym will operate under normal weekend hours. Tuesday and Thursday there is a weightlifting class with Colette. This class costs just £3 to attend and starts at 19:30. There is no minimum or maximum standard to get involved and you do not need to be a member of CFG to participate.
