Workout of the Day A. 3RM strict press B. 3x 8 strict pull-ups or 5x 3 negative pull-ups C. 3x 10 (per arm) single arm row D. 3x 60s weighted plank E. 3x 20 bradford press into 10x strict press 20/15. Scale to a tech bar if necessary. Saturday 11:15 is Crossfit Kids and Girls WOD Saturday 12:30 we will have lululemon in to run a Yoga for Athletes class as well as merchandise. Workout of the Day 10min AMRAP 30 double unders 15 power sntaches (GTOH) Thursday 19:30 is weightlifting. There is no WOD on Tuesday at 19:15 but there is a WOD on Thursday at 19:30. This class is available to non-members as well and at just £3 for the class it’s an absolute steal. Taught by British Champion Colette Will and Commonwealth Games competitor Louise Mather your technique is destined to improve from the experience these two share. There is no requirement to book in, just turn up! There is no weightlifting on Saturday. Saturday 11:15 is Crossfit Kids and Girls WOD. This lasts an hour. Both are available to non-members however for the Girls Only class we request some experience in CrossFit to attend. Both classes cost just £5. CrossFit Kids is aimed at kids from 5 years +. Also CrossFit Kids has been moved to Sunday for this week and will be on at the usual time of 11:15. Weightlifting will be on tomorrow at 19:30, it costs just £3 to attend and you do not need to be a member to join. We have also started a CrossFit Glasgow Lite class, this will be our new method of joining the gym and will provide a chance to cover the basics as well as training to a high intensity.
