Hey Team,As many of you know, Ryan Sedgley is leaving us to explore an amazing opportunity in Qatar. Ryan has developed into an incredible CrossFit trainer with a particular strength in delivering gymnastics leading to him developing a fantastic online gymnastic program. Working with us for almost 5 years, his cheeky face and banter will be missed by the members and all of the CFG team. Anyone going out to Qatar, make sure you stop in and harass him at CF StrongBox!We have a new team member we would like to introduce you to if you haven’t already met him these last few weeks.
