The focus of which is to improve performance in any area you choose to continue. This movement seminar focuses on 3 detailed areas in the following order: 1. A visual presentation and break down of the highly detailed and complex structure of the Scapula and it's connecting muscles. Correct mechanics of the Scapula. A small focus on the pelvis and it's connecting tissues and movement patterns. 2. A unique warm up including beneficial movement cues and patterns that help you better understand engaging and strengthening external rotation. Patterns are referenced from several disciplines. 3. New, innovative exercises relating to several disciplines with movements from Parkour, Gymnastics, Chinese Martial Arts, Capoeira, and others for you to apply your new found knowledge including CrossFit.
