Happy new year from CFG! The gym is still operating on limited hours for the rest of this week so be sure to check the times to the right.  We will be operating an 'open gym' for the rest of this week (Thursday onwards) in order to give us time to complete the work that is going on.  If any of you love to tile or plaster, let us know, as for all the offers for painting, you time will come (end of Jan). We really appreciate your patience during these necessary changes and we hope that you'll enjoy the new look facility and the exciting possibilities it gives us for programming. From Monday 7th we hope to be back to regular working hours.  There is no mobility.  No Olympic lifting.  On the weekend there will be a girls WOD at 11 on Saturday that will tackle problem lifts and pullup and muscle up progressions and Sunday there will be a hero WOD written up for you all to have a go at between 10 and 1. Fundamentals starts up on Monday 14th.  There will be a few changes, the presses and deadlifts class will be merged and we are cutting it down to 2 classes per day, Monday to Thursday.  06.15 and 17.30.  A timetable will be posted shortly. Gym opening hours 06.15-14.00 Good to see so many people show up today!  There will be a WOD posted for all of those looking for something structured to do and a coach will be present during typical WOD hours to lend a hand.  If you have other things you wish to get on with please do so when it is not too busy and be wary of others.

We are open for limited hours today! 13.15 to 20.15 Coaches will be present during typical class hours and a WOD will be written on the board however if it is quiet we will let it be more of an open gym for those that need to catch up with their strength training. Please steer clear of any building that is going on in the gym.  That means don't try and use piled wood/rubble for box jumps or do burpees under a chop saw!

Hi guys, we are keeping the gym shut today for safety reasons, there's still a lot of work / debris in the gym and it would be a late night and very early rise to get it all squared away. If you wish to stop by and see the place, say Merry Christmas etc then I will be in the gym between 10-12. The gym will be operating along those hours posted from the 27th and apologies for the inconvenience.  We appreciate your understanding and this will better our service to you in the long run!

WOD Christmas shopping for time There is a 10 burpee penalty for every random you murder. Gym closed - No really, we are closed.  Construction work has begun and has made a lot more mess than previously anticipated.  We will have a better idea of where we are at later tomorrow and will confirm opening hours over the weekend from there.  These changes will better our service to you and help us continue to be the best gym in Glasgow.  We hope you understand.  If you wish to help, stop by!

Well done to all who made it to day 90! Today we are having a Christmas / end of paleo workout and drinks at the gym from 5pm.  We plan on starting the WOD at 5.30 so please be on time.

Holiday Open times

OK, a few dates for your diary: No more weightlifting classes on Tuesday nights until the new year. The other night was very quiet and we have decided to call it off. Mobility will run for one more week until Thursday 13th Dec then stop until the New Year. We will be operating on limited opening hours around Christmas and New Year. The limited hours will be:   Friday 21st - closed due to building works Saturday 22nd - closed due to building works Sunday 23rd - closed due to building works Monday 24th - closed due to building works Tuesday 25th - closed Wednesday 26th - closed Thursday 27th - open - 13.15 to 20.15. Friday 28th - open - 06.15 to 13.15. Saturday 29th - open - 9 to 12. Open gym only. Sunday 30th - open 10 to 12. Open gym only. Monday 31st - 06.15 to 13.15. Tuesday 1st - closed Wednesday 2nd - closed Thursday 3rd - open - 13.15 to 20.15 Friday 4th - open - 06.15 to 13.15   From then on we will be open as normal. We recognise that most of you are back to work from the 3rd however we may require the half days on Thursday and Friday that week to complete some maintenance work in the gym. If this is not the case it will change back to full days. Notice of these changes will be made on the website and Facebook.
