Gym WOD hours are 9, 10 and 11.  This WOD is workout 3 from the  qualifiers for the CrossFit Central Manchester Games.  The other 2 workouts will be programmed on Saturday and Sunday due to the small volume of people taking part. WOD Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 10 minutes, of; - 150 Double unders - 100 Wall balls (M- 10' / F- 8' target)

CrossFit Glasgow's opening times for Easter can be found on the right hand side. Paleo challenge cycle 3 final retests continue on Wednesday with Fran but before then we have Olympic Lifting at 8pm with Ray and Haris!  Wednesday has Jonny's mobility class on at 7.15pm and Thursday is Conditioning for Parkour.  Members and non-members are welcome to any and all these great classes that we offer at CFG. The final week of cycle 3 Paleo Challenge begins at CrossFit Glasgow!  There will be a few changes to operating hours at the end of the week (Friday and Monday) will run like a Saturday 9, 10, 11am WODs due to Easter weekend.  We have the Total, Fran and the bleep to cover by Saturday at the latest not to mention getting all your photos and measurements taken.  So get in and get those scores up so we can complete this challenge promptly! For those that are still waiting for a response from email enquiry, it will happen by the end of Monday, we have just had a particularly busy weekend with the Scottish Open and I appreciate your patience. After the weightlifting yesterday there will be no morning classes at CrossFit Glasgow, just team WOD at 11. So come along for about 10.30. Would like to take the time to thank all the loaders, judges, referees, lifters, tuck shop attendants, cleaners and first aiders for all their help throughout the day.  It has been a great experience and we hope you all enjoyed the event.  Our lifters performed really well and we hope to host more events like it in the near future.

Scottish Open starts tomorrow (Saturday) at 11am.  We have a lot of preparation to get set up for the event so a simple WOD is required as most of the kit will be put away / moved out of the main gym area. WOD For time: Grace then 1km Row We will be recording your Grace time so go as fast as you can on both exercises!

This Saturday we are hosting the Scottish Open Weightlifting.  59 lifters are registered.  Starts at 11am and runs all day, stop by and lend your support! Tonight, 7pm, conditioning for parkour, this class is completely free to all CrossFit Glasgow members and does not count towards one of your WODs.  Everyone should make it along to this class, it is designed for people of all capabilities (just like CrossFit) and challenges important attributes of fitness such as co-ordination and balance. WOD Tabata Front Squat 30-40% 1RM then 3 Rounds for time 30 double unders 6 power cleans (75/50)
