Workout of the Day
WOD mon 9th Apr ’12
Gym WOD hours are 9, 10 and 11. This WOD is workout 3 from the qualifiers for the CrossFit Central Manchester Games. The other 2 workouts will be programmed on Saturday and Sunday due to the small volume of people taking part. WOD Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 10 minutes, of; - 150 Double unders - 100 Wall balls (M- 10' / F- 8' target)
