Last weekend we had a great time making juggling balls and learning a few tricks with 2, building us up to this weekend where we will be mastering 3! This week’s winner for Niko’s coach challenge is only a second ahead of the runner-up! We have Lainey Scott-Campbell in first place with a time of 2:36! Followed by IIbraimi Natali at 2:37 and the 16.15 class Juggernaut Alana Dempsey at 2:44!!! Congratulations

AMRAP 2:
As many reps as possible in 2 minutes of Plank Shoulder Taps
Rules:
Hips must say in-line with shoulders, no butts in the air and no sagging through the hips!
Both hip bones must be facing down towards the ground the whole time!
Hand must touch front of opposite shoulder for the completion of one rep

Scale back to a max plank hold attempt if needed
