Hey Team, 

It’s here – The CrossFit ‘online’ OPEN 2021!  We can’t wait to see you all taking part on zoom and have organised an additional class on Friday to give you another opportunity to log into zoom with us.  

For those that haven’t signed up or aren’t sure about it, please reach out to a member of our team and we can guide you through what it entails.  The main thing to focus on is that the Open is for everyone of any level.  It’s fun, it’s community, it’s CrossFit.

We will also be bringing to you an online version of Friday Night Lights with a challenge out to all who would like to take on Iain Barbour for Workout 21.1 at 18:30!  Contact vivian@crossfitglasgow.com if you are interested! 

**If it ends up being a crazy long WOD (we don’t know until you do!) it will be Iain vs. the 18:30 crew!**

FEBRUARY WOD CHALLENGE

We have our winners!  For the month of February, Kirsty Lyall completed a total of 49 WODs!!  Outstanding effort Kirsty!  Elize McCulloch came in 2nd place with 28 WODs under her belt and Lainey Scott-Campbell and Neil McMurchy a joint 3rd with 26.  Well done!!
