Group Training
We offer a wide variety of group training programs to suit your needs. Whether you are a complete beginner, coming back to training after a long time off or ready to push your training further.
Our Group Training Programs:
Our CrossFit classes combine functional movements, varied workouts, and a supportive community atmosphere. There is a different workout each day and they are designed to challenge and empower individuals of all fitness levels. Our classes offer a fun and effective way to improve strength, endurance, and overall wellness.
Our conditioning classes are designed to enhance your cardio-vascular endurance, aerobic capacity and speed. You will learn to get comfortable and become friends with all of our machines, this includes the rower, ski-erg, bike-erg and echo bike. Along with running, skipping and more body-weight movements.
Conditioning classes are on 7 days a week for you to get a good sweat on.
This group training program is designed for those who want to start competing in the sport of CrossFit. Training is 6 days a week, following a structured and strict program in line with competitive goals. Training sessions are within a group training environment, with lots of team building opportunities.
There is a process of entry onto this program that occurs twice a year. Please get in touch to find out some more information.
Our olympic weightlifting classes focus on mastering the art of Olympic lifts like the snatch and clean & jerk. Tailored for all skill levels, our classes provide expert guidance to improve technique, build power, and enhance overall strength.
