Its Pride Month!! Just because we aren’t in the gym doesn’t mean we cant have our yearly Pride Workout . Just grab a partner, head to the park and have some fun! Workout fun I mean ❤️ If you don’t have a partner no worries join us on Zoom at 10am or the wod can be done solo. Burpees stay the same YAY ! All the other movements you would half.
