My Hometown, Medellin in Northern Cebu, Philippines was severely affected by the recent Super Typhoon Haiyan. There is 90% damage to the town and many of my relatives have lost their homes and struggling to get basic necessities. I am currently trying to raise funds to help send food and bottles of clean water to the town which have received very little aid due to their remote location. I know there are a lot of charities at the moment specifically for the typhoon relief, but I would like to dedicate this fundraising specifically for Medellin who are not getting as much media coverage but are also in desperate need of help. The funds raised will be sent to my mother who is currently in the Philippines and will make sure any money raised will be given to the people of Medellin. Any kind donations would be greatly appreciated and a collection plate will be left at the CFG Office. Many thanks for all your help
