INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic
1-2 Tablespoons dried basil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all together.
Slice/butterfly chicken.
Marinate for 2-6 hours in fridge.
Grill each side 5-7min or until no longer pink.
Serve with rice and lots of vegetables and or salad.
