Halloween workout this Saturday at 6pm, fancy dress is mandatory.  Looks like a lot of people will be attending so make sure you don’t miss out on the fun!

Last night saw the start of the Olympic Lifting classes hosted by Ray and Haris, the response has been fantastic and we are happy to say that these classes look to run 2 nights a week (Tuesday and Wednesday TBC).  If you didn’t make it along but still wish to take part next week please leave a message in comments. In addition, many thanks to Hugh of Greaves Sports who gave us a great deal on lifting shoes.
