Reminder: Olympic lifting will be taking place at CrossFit Glasgow on Wednesday between 18:15 – 20:15. Again, this is a great opportunity to watch and learn from Britain’s future lifters. Please make an effort to come along to this as it is bound to be a positive learning experience and would be good to give the lifters some support and a warm welcome to CrossFit Glasgow.
