Something short and sweet after a heavy and long week. Remember, this Wednesday is the last night Ray and his lifters will be in the gym training so please make an effort to get in between 6:15pm and 8:15pm to see and learn from the best. Thursday will be the first night of parkour, free for members, if you are interested in joining in, please post a message to comments.
