Gym WOD hours are 9, 10 and 11.  This WOD is workout 3 from the  qualifiers for the CrossFit Central Manchester Games.  The other 2 workouts will be programmed on Saturday and Sunday due to the small volume of people taking part.

Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 10 minutes, of;

– 150 Double unders

– 100 Wall balls (M- 10′ / F- 8′ target)
