Workout of the Day

A. 1RM sumo deadlift

B. 3x 10 front rack kb lunges

C. In pairs 8RFT (4 each)

15 front rack kb squats

15 kb swings

– one completes a full round before the other goes.

D. 3min banded march

Optional: 3x 15 v-up sit-ups.

This week there is weightlifting on Tuesday and Thursday at 19:30 with Colette Will.  This class costs just £3 a time and you do not need to be a member of CFG to attend.  Classes last about an hour and there is no need to book in.

CrossFit Lite classes, the entry point to CFG will run from 17:00 – 18:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Friday this week.  This costs just £5 a time, if you want to book in send us an email to fundamentals@crossfitglasgow.com.  There is no minimum fitness level or experience level in order to attend.

CrossFit Kids will be on Sunday this weekend from 11:15 due to the Strongman Seminar on Saturday.

Saturday the gym will be closed.
