We had another busy Fundamentals class this weekend, if you see anyone new in the classes please introduce yourself and help them get integrated into CFG as easily as possible.
Tuesday / Thursday: 19.15 – weightlifting is on and taught by Colette Will and Louise Mather, it costs just £3 and you do not need to be a member of CFG to attend. There is no WOD on Tuesday at 19.15 but there is a WOD on Thursday.
Friday – CFG will be showing the 2009 CrossFit Games in the gym. All are welcome, bring food and drink!
