This time next week the gym will be only open for a half day for both Monday (4th Jun) and Tuesday (5th Jun) during for the Jubilee.  That means WODs will run at 9, 10 and 11am and the gym will be open from about 8 to 12.30.

The speciality classes at CrossFit Glasgow are open to members and non-members alike.  Classes vary in price but are all of the highest standard.  So whether you have a specific lift you want to work on, an ache or pain that needs attention or simply want to try something new then get in touch or write your name on the board so we know how many to expect!  The classes requiring payment do not count towards your weekly WOD allowance.

Olympic lifting on at 8pm on Tuesday. £6pp

Wednesday is Jonny’s mobility WOD on at 19.15 £3/5pp

Saturday 11am Girls Only WOD. Free

Sunday 11am Team WOD. Free
