This Saturday we are hosting the Scottish Open Weightlifting.  59 lifters are registered.  Starts at 11am and runs all day, stop by and lend your support!

Tonight, 7pm, conditioning for parkour, this class is completely free to all CrossFit Glasgow members and does not count towards one of your WODs.  Everyone should make it along to this class, it is designed for people of all capabilities (just like CrossFit) and challenges important attributes of fitness such as co-ordination and balance.
