Sunday 10:00 there is a flexibility class. Also CrossFit Kids has been moved to Sunday for this week and will be on at the usual time of 11:15.
Weightlifting will be on tomorrow at 19:30, it costs just £3 to attend and you do not need to be a member to join.
We have also started a CrossFit Glasgow Lite class, this will be our new method of joining the gym and will provide a chance to cover the basics as well as training to a high intensity. For more information click here
