20 unbroken wallballs

20 kb swings

 

Tonight is the last olympic lifting class until the end of the CommonWealth Games.  This class takes place of the 19.15 WOD and lasts the whole hour.  It is taught by Colette Will, a weightlifter of over 6 years and fully qualified coach/competitor of Team Cavanagh.  This class is for people of all ability and experience levels and costs just £3.

burpee box jumps 24/20″

kcal row

The time you have at each station is determined by the time it takes the 5th group/person to complete 2 laps of the block.

Rest 1min between stations.

Record total reps/kcals achieved on each round.

You get one chance to score as highly as possible at each station.
