Our Aim:

Increase self-confidence

We know what it is like for your body and activity levels to change when you are pregnant and have had a baby. We want to ensure you have confidence in your body and your abilities.

Get you back in the gym

Maybe you already went to the gym, or maybe you have never been before. Our classes are designed to help you recover and get your fitness levels and strength to a point where you can walk into a CrossFit class and feel confident.

Provide an hour for yourself

You don't need to worry about finding childcare, or rushing a training session. Bring your baby with you and let our Trainers look after them whilst you have an hour to yourself.

Train With Your Peers

Your body is doing or has done something amazing: grown a human. Now you can train with others who have similar experiences and build your strength together.

We have created a safe environment for pre and post natal women to bring their babies with them to CrossFit Glasgow to workout for one hour.
