You do not need to get fit before you start exercising again.
If it has been months or years since you trained, we will meet you at your current level and help you build from there.
You might have trained regularly years ago. You might never have found exercise you enjoyed. Work, children, injury, stress or simply life may have pushed fitness further and further down the list.
Then you remember what you used to be able to do, worry about how unfit you have become, or walk into a conventional gym and have no idea where to begin.
None of that means you have left it too late. It just means your starting point has changed. And you are just one class away from taking control.
Fitness is something we build together. It is not something you need to bring with you on day one.
We teach the movements, talk through the intent and monitor your performance to keep you safe.
You just need to show up. We will match the workout to your ability.

You do not need to download a programme, decide which exercises to do or work out whether you are doing them correctly.
Our coaches explain the session, teach the movements and adjust the workout to suit you. As you get fitter and more confident, your training develops with you.
The aim at the beginning is not to prove how fast you can go. It is to establish a routine, learn how to train and give you reasons to keep coming back.
New members take our On-Ramp. Four 60-minute one-to-one sessions with a coach before you move into regular classes.
All without the pressure of keeping up with the class.
Your first few weeks do not need to look impressive.
You might use a lighter weight, shorten a distance, change a movement, take more rest or simply move more slowly than somebody who has trained for years. That is scaling. It lets us focus on what is right for you.
As you become more consistent, the same training gives you opportunities to gradually lift more, move better, work for longer and recover faster.
Progress is not keeping up with the fittest person in the room. It is being fitter than you were yesterday.
You do not have to begin by throwing yourself into competitive CrossFit.
Our Conditioning classes use lower-complexity movements and equipment such as rowers, bikes and SkiErgs while still giving you challenging coached training. For some people, that is a comfortable way to start building fitness and confidence.
There is also personal training if you feel you still need more one-to-one work after the On-Ramp.
You may be returning after an injury, pregnancy, illness or a major change in lifestyle. Or perhaps nothing dramatic happened, you simply stopped exercising and years passed.
Tell us what has changed and what you are comfortable doing now. We can adapt training around your current ability and build gradually.
Book that short intro and tell us where you are now. Tell us what you want to achieve, what has stopped you in the past and the best way for you to begin.
No sweat. No pressure.
